该《民事诉状》中指出，黄金酒的网站广告和宣传册广告中却对六味药材的功效与《中华人民共和国药典》记载不符，任意夸大或虚构。例如龟甲的功效夸大了治疗“身体瘦弱”等，鹿茸功效夸大了治疗“免疫力差”等，杜仲夸大了治疗“夜尿频多”等。
